Kururu's canon is nonsense and thus she has some pretty stupid quirks that don't make any sense and are completely inconsistent. However, that said, Kururu has the ability to hear/listen to what others "feel" and their "dreams". The caveat to the "dreams" portion is that she can only compare them to what she knows herself. ( this doesn't make sense I know )
It has also been shown that she's able to pick up the sound of gears grinding blocks away, and most importantly, the sound of how machinery all fit together. ...which has been described as being able to tell how some parts aren't compatible for one reason or another..... I literally don't know what this means myself.
tl;dr, please comment below if you want to give me permission to know what your character is feeling/thinking and also what kind of "feeling" she could get from their voice alone.
